About the Forum
Two days inside one of the busiest weeks in international cooperation.
The New York Innovation Forum is a two day, invitation only series of high level events held during Climate Week NYC and the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
It brings together leaders from business, finance, technology, sustainability, government, philanthropy, civil society, and the United Nations to build partnerships and move real solutions forward on the challenges that matter most.
Climate Week NYC is the largest annual climate event of its kind, with more than 900 events across the city drawing business leaders, policymakers, investors, and innovators from around the world.
Themes
Collaboration, leadership, and measurable impact.
Across sectors and borders
Time with the people who can actually move something forward, rather than another room of observers.
Ideas that can scale
Solutions shared with the people in a position to fund them, pilot them, and put them to work.
Outcomes that outlast the week
Progress on the Sustainable Development Goals that can still be measured long after everyone has flown home.
Hosted by
A collaboration between Peace Boat US and Welch International.
Dylan Welch and Emilie McGlone build the program together, from the format and the private sessions through to who is invited into the room.
Host of the Forum and founder of Intelligence Report. Dylan works with leaders across business, finance, technology, policy, and conservation to build the partnerships that turn an idea into a result.
Emilie leads Peace Boat US in advancing education for the Sustainable Development Goals, and brings the organization's United Nations relationships and its global network of educators, youth leaders, and civil society partners to the Forum.
